**The Opportunity**

VoPay is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional professionals to support our expanding projects and initiatives. You will work closely with managers to understand their requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage top talent.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating assessments.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in tech talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition.
- Other responsibilities as required based on changing business requirements.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the Payments, FinTech, or IT industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and experience with applicant tracking systems(ATS).
- Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of technical roles and proficiency in assessing technical skills are an asset.
- Familiarity with Google Suite is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
