**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Oversee all real estate management operations, including budget development and expense management for Canadian properties
- Analyze, implement and manage maintenance and capital expenditure programs, ensuring compliance with approved budgets
- Supervise the maintenance team and manage property service contracts with suppliers
- Estimate build-out costs, negotiate contractor quotes and ensure project schedules are met
- Act as the liaison with suppliers, brokers, tenants, and city officials, handling property-related operations and maintaining up-to-date project records
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure satisfactory operations and maintenance
- Act as the first point of contact for property-related emergencies
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in real estate management or a related field
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and expense management
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in negotiating with contractors and managing service contracts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Effective communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual in both English and French (spoken & written)
- Strong proficiency with relevant Microsoft suite product line (knowledge of Yardi is an asset)

**Tâches et Responsabilités**
- Superviser toutes les opérations de gestion immobilière, y compris le développement du budget et la gestion des dépenses pour les propriétés canadiennes
- Analyser, mettre en œuvre et gérer les programmes de maintenance et de dépenses en capital, en veillant à la conformité avec les budgets approuvés
- Superviser l'équipe de maintenance et gérer les contrats de service des propriétés avec les fournisseurs
- Estimer les coûts d’aménagement, négocier les devis des entrepreneurs et veiller au respect des plannings des projets
- Servir d'interlocuteur avec les fournisseurs, les courtiers, les locataires et les responsables municipaux, en gérant les opérations liées aux propriétés et en maintenant des dossiers de projet à jour
- Effectuer des inspections régulières des propriétés pour garantir un fonctionnement et un entretien satisfaisants
- Être le premier point de contact pour les urgences liées aux propriétés
**Qualifications**
- Expérience avérée en gestion immobilière ou dans un domaine connexe
- Solides compétences en gestion financière, y compris la budgétisation et la gestion des dépenses
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe
- Compétence dans la négociation avec les entrepreneurs et la gestion des contrats de service
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles avec une attention aux détails et le respect des délais
- Compétences en communication efficaces pour interagir avec divers parties prenantes
**Exigences**
- Diplôme universitaire
- Bilingue en anglais et en français (parlé et écrit)
- Bonne maîtrise des produits Microsoft pertinents (la connaissance de Yardi est un atout)
Pay: $50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
