**The Opportunity**:
For Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join us in making vacation dreams come true. The Fraud Analyst is responsible for limiting company losses resulting from fraudulent use of credit cards. They are responsible for meeting the targets and deadlines as set out by the Fraud Prevention Supervisor and must use their best judgement to determine the validity of direct consumer sales. The position reports to the Fraud Prevention Supervisor and will be located in Toronto, ON.
**What You’ll Do**:

- Investigate and analyze suspicious or inconclusive activity
- Initiate contact with direct consumers
- Conclude investigation and finalize validity of purchase
- System updates; All impacted back office systems (TTS, Travelworks) as well as the fraud platform must be updated when we discover a fraudulent transaction.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Organization skills are required.
- Inquisitive with very strong problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Calm demeanor, confident decision maker.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Diploma in Criminology, background in banking or similar could be helpful but not a requirement.
- 1-3 years total work-related experience
- TICO Certification would be an asset
