Bring your excellent coordination and administrative skills to our team as an Administrator, ICRC within our Professional Conduct and Regulatory Affairs (PCRA) department.

The College’s PCRA department investigates the conduct of dentists and responds to inquiries from the public about dental concerns. The department also provides support to both the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) and the Discipline Committee in their decision-making roles and enforces committee decisions.

You will be responsible for coordinating meetings of the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC), assisting the decision writers, and maintaining decisions, files, tracking systems, statistics and reports. You also will prepare documentation for review by the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB) and support the Supervisor, Committee Support and Compliance with enforcement of decisions and other projects.
You are a responsible individual with superior organizational skills to play a key role in the Committee Support and Compliance. You understand regulatory processes and accountability through the accurate and timely processing of complaints and reports at the ICRC level.

What can I expect to do in this role?

**Reporting to the Supervisor, Committee Support, you will**:

- Coordinate ICRC panel meetings, including scheduling meetings and cautions, prepare agendas, liaise with panel members, attend and provide support at panel meetings
- Liaise with the Supervisor and/or Senior Counsel during panel meetings when issues of concern or procedure arise
- Communicate and collaborate with investigators, decision writers and administrative staff
- Respond to HPARB requests and provide documentation and information
- Provide administrative support to decision writers
- Support the Supervisor to prepare statistical reports
- Support the Supervisor with the enforcement of ICRC decisions and with special projects as required
- Maintain and update all panel meeting materials, and the case management system with all relevant dates and dispositions.
- Maintain ICRC complaint decisions and overseeing the closure of all complaint and report files
- Maintain tracking sheets as needed
- Assist with anonymization/redaction of information from complaint files as needed

What skills and background do I need?

**The Administrator, ICRC requires**:

- Completion of a two
- to three-year community college program
- Three to four years of position related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated professionalism and dependability in the workplace
- Ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience with handling highly-sensitive, confidential information
- Demonstrated natural curiosity to ask questions, review research; identify all required and relevant information
- Acts as a champion/agent of change with respect to learning modern technologies, new software, and innovative approaches
- Experience in a legal or regulatory environment is an asset
- Experience with case management and document management systems is an asset

Compensation and Total Rewards
- Base annual hiring salary from $62,067 to $69,824, commensurate with experience
