You will identify and lead new business development opportunities within your dedicated market and discipline.

The role is demanding, diverse and involves:
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships
- Researching and generating recruiting leads
- Communicating with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
- A solid and proven track record in sales, networking and client development abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career

- The ability to overcome objections and be persistent

**Salary**: $1.00-$2.00 per year
