Regional Account Executive

Position Overview (based in Toronto, ON):
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and develop new business sales relationships within the assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas by promoting TEKTELIC's IoT and LoRaWAN solutions.
- Collaborate internally with sales engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Secure weekly client meetings, either in-person or virtually.
- Utilize CRM tools for efficient completion of sales actions and pipeline management.
- Provide weekly updates to management on prospecting, sales pipeline, and client activity.
- Develop benchmark demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions that exceed customer requirements.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Organize and implement post-sale delivery and implementation of TEKTELIC's solutions at customer locations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of outside B2B sales experience in technology, with a focus on IoT preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
- Successful experience at new account development
- Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
- Strong deal-making and negotiating skills
- Understand sales stages, documenting, updating daily/weekly in CRM and have strong working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and hold yourself accountable to a high standard of data integrity
