**Eastern Canada Regional Account Manager**

**Salary**: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + commission.

**Summary**

Dec-Tec is a distributor of SBS roofing & decking membranes used for all outdoor waterproofing needs operating across North America. We are currently looking for a Regional Account Manager for the Eastern Canada territory. Our Regional Account Managers develop and maintain a sales territory with a defined sales goal. They are responsible for identifying leads, and travelling to proactively prospect and sell SBS products to our customer base where they operate.

**Contributions**
- Travel 4 out of 5 days a week for in-person lead prospecting and outside sales calls.
- Conduct in-person meetings and convert prospects into sales.
- Develop new and existing accounts to expand business through face-to-face contact.
- Identify sales opportunities and competitive advantages in the market place.
- Maintain and develop customer relations to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Meet regularly with prospective and existing customers to deliver presentations and hands-on training.
- Draft and present proposals highlighting features and benefits of our products.

**Education and Experience**
- 3+ years outside sales/account management; preferably in commercial construction.
- Willingness to travel for outside sales calls at least 80% of the time.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience working with builders, contractors, engineers or architects is an asset.
- Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM software is an asset.
- Ability to pass an alcohol and drugs test including cannabis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
