**Summary**:
The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for contacting guests on the appointment cycle when their appointment is due and for taking phone calls from guests wishing to make an appointment. The service appointment coordinator is responsible for keeping up to date with various information, including but not limited to, service campaigns condition to book complicated repairs and policies on how to book repairs in the shop.

**Job Duties**:

- Contact guests with unconfirmed appointments 1 day prior to the scheduled appointment date
- Offer guests alternate dates and times if appointment is no longer convenient for the guest.
- Book the new appointment on the system.
- Follow up with service guests within 6 months of their previous maintenance service or repair
- Advise guests of their vehicle needs based on Toyota’s Maintenance Schedule and Attrell Toyota’s recommended services and book them in for the appropriate repair or service
- Contact all guest with outstanding safety campaigns and book appropriately.
- Report any guest complaints to the service manager immediately.
- Verify that guest can be accommodated at the date and time requested.
- If guest request cannot be accommodated, review the appointment schedule and offer the guest alternate dates and times.
- Book appointment agreed upon and mark it confirmed.

**What We Are Looking for**:

- Automotive Dealership experience is an asset
- Applicant must be fully fluent in English.
- Strong people skills
- Strong PC Skills
- The ability to continually learn, develop and evolve service knowledge, system/ program knowledge and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent customer service, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality
- Availability to work Saturdays on rotation.
- Ability to communicate with peers and management.
- Second language is an asset

**Hours or Work**
- Full Time position.
- Monday - Saturday | 6, 5 & 4 Three-Week Rotation with other team members.
- Overtime Calculation based on 88 hours over two weeks.

Compensation is hourly plus a bonus earned via appointments made and value added to department.
