As a Telemarketer & Appointment Setter at tossdown, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging potential clients primarily through phone calls to introduce and promote the company's products/services, effectively communicating offerings, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
**($24K plus commission) - part time also available**
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls to introduce and promote company products/services.
- Communicate company offerings effectively and successfully book appointments.
- Assess potential clients' needs and qualify leads to determine their suitability for company offerings.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Update and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system with details of calls, interactions, and outcomes.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, confirm appointments, and reschedule as necessary.
- Report call outcomes, customer feedback, and potential issues to management for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate product/service offerings.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for data entry and management.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate appointment schedules and meticulous records.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and reschedule appointments as necessary.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
