Brock Doors & Windows is seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator with a strong passion for customer service to join our Service Team.

**Position Summary**:Under the general direction of the Service Team Lead, the Service Coordinator is responsible for taking calls from past and present customers regarding issues they may have with products Brock has installed. The Service Coordinator will be required to understand to the best of their ability what is required for each service call relying on information and photos provided by the customer, their own product knowledge and support from internal sources. Our goal is complete service calls the 1st time out. Duties include liaising with customers and internal staff, creating and sending purchase orders for product and components from manufacturers, follow-up with manufacturers, booking service appointment, and tracking all data in the current CRM software.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect data including photos from customers regarding service requirements
- Create purchase orders for service components
- Submit the purchase orders to the Vendors
- Schedule service appointment with our customer
- Collect outstanding balances and service fees (if applicable)
- Return product to Vendors for credit
- Document service requirements
- Work effectively with warehouse staff to accurate track parts and pieces
- Daily communication with Service Technicians
- Tracking service van location to ensure appointments are on time
- Communicating scheduling changes with customers and technicians
- Other responsibilities to be determined by supervisor or manager

**Critical Skills**
- Data entry skills and good mathematical aptitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
- Enthusiastic and team oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be detailed oriented
- Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the window and door industry
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Outstanding customer service manner
