**The Position**:
We have an opening for an Account Administrator to join our Commercial Lines team working at our office in Bedford, Nova Scotia

**What you will be doing**:

- Review new business and renewals, endorsements, cancellations, payment notices
- Ensure proper coverage and accurate billing
- Order reports (Hits, Auto+ / Mvr)
- Prepare Insurance to value and confirmation of insurance (Finance companies, leasing companies, Mortgagees)
- Contact companies for minor changes to documents as needed
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier and Canada Post items
- Banking transactions - process incoming payments for deposit and transit to bank
- May include back-up duties for other administrative duties

**What you bring to the table**:

- High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in an office environment
- General Nova Scotia Insurance License required or willing to obtain
- Strong customer focus
- Computer skills - Keyboarding and MS Office
- Exposure to Epic is an asset
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Conscientious and able to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
