Accounts Payable Administrator

The Accounts Payable Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support the accounting operations of the finance department.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Creates & maintains vendor accounts
- Acts as a point of contact for vendors
- Enters vendors invoices and manual cheque payments into accounting software
- Prepares EFT/cheque runs and manual cheques
- Processes and reconciles company credit card statements in Excel and accounting software
- Reconciles vendors statements
- Files and maintains paid invoice records
- Receives on purchase orders and requisitions
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
