We are currently seeking a dynamic **Project Manager** to join our team within Bedford, NS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects concurrently across various departments within the organization.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets aligning to the company’s strategic objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, key stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and cooperation.
- Ensure that project teams are accountable for their roles and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Use strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating decision-making.
- Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, driving them across the finish line successfully.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software would be considered an asset.
- PMP certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
