Owner Services Coordinator

- **Duties**:_
- **Ensure owners feel valued, heard, and cared for.**:
- Assist with owners' needs whenever possible.
- Assist owners with booking their stays as needed.
- Conduct property inspections with our proprietary systems and discuss with owners.
- Check owner arrivals daily and provide a special welcome to owners.
- Provide appropriate gifts for special occasions.
- Be able to outline and explain owner perks/benefits.
- Assist the owner in understanding contract terms.
- Assist in blocking units for maintenance or long-term owner stays.
- Relay and manage communication with the maintenance team regarding owner requests for unit maintenance.
- Assist with unit upgrades (obtain quotes, share recommendations, coordinate purchase and delivery, etc.)
- Communicate with owners when replacements are needed, coordinate with the maintenance team to book service providers, etc.
- Assist with accounting in handling charges on statements, liaising with accounting when owners have questions, and collecting outstanding balances from owners.
- Perform necessary administrative duties, including but not limited to housekeeping charges, licence questions, Strata / HOA coordination, noise and parking violations, code, or critical issues for access, etc.
- Collaborate with other team members, attend ops meetings, stay informed and communicate about team activities and updates.
- Work with Operations to create regular newsletters outlining upcoming events, revenue management, market analysis, etc.
- Other duties as reasonably assigned.
- **Experience**:_
- Prior experience in property management, owner services and assisting clients
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail; time management abilities are key.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
