**About the opportunity**

As an experienced technology services and solutions sales executive, your primary responsibility will be business development. You will also be responsible for driving demand, generating a pipeline, presenting solutions, creating proposals, and closing business.

**Who you are**
- Experienced selling Technology and Professional Services solutions to 1 or more of the following verticals:
Healthcare, Education, Financial Services, Media, E-commerce, Travel & Tourism and Renewable Energy
- Experience in 1 or more of the following: full stack development, AI/ML, data science, cyber-security and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Consultative Selling Methodologies
- Adept at presenting to a technical audience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, with ability to succeed in a complex, fast-moving environment
- A keen sense of personal accountability
- Possess an assertive, professional entrepreneurial spirit
- Have a hands-on work style, be a team player and always willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close sales cycles successfully
- Experience building decks and talk tracks to ensure you’re ending up in front of the decision-maker
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong networking and relationship building capabilities
- Experience of identifying sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking, and partner relationships
- Effective time and territory management to maximize results
- Excellent communications (verbal and written) skills
- Excellent presentation skills and executive presence

**What you will do**
- Sales Planning: Develop detailed business/sales plans to meet and exceed goals and quota
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing sales
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively unearth new sales opportunities through networking, attending conferences, hosting lunch and learns and other outbound activities
- Presentations: Effectively present Digital DirAction’s services to prospective clients, highlighting our unique value proposition and benefits
- After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to enhance client loyalty and identify additional revenue streams
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare and present Proof of Concept (POC), Point of View (POV), Statements of Work (SOW) and proposals
- Negotiation and CRM: Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Collaboration with Delivery Team: Work closely with the delivery team to ensure customer requirements are met and to facilitate successful project execution
- Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery meetings to gather essential information such as Budget, Authority, Needs and Timing (BANT) from prospects
- Sales Strategy: Continuously develop sales strategies based on industry trends, market research and data

analysis

At Digital DirAction, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $100,000 and $140,000. The pay range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE), meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions (uncapped)/sales bonuses and annual base salary.

This range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.

Pay: $140,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
