**Responsibilities**
- Support the Sr. Manager, Internal Communications to deliver the internal communications program, ensuring the company’s internal voice is consistent and present throughout all communications materials and initiatives.
- Create with direction compelling internal communications materials for multiple audiences including written, graphic and video content.
- Act as primary content manager of WildBrain’s global intranet portal and weekly newsletter, by liaising with business units and divisional stakeholders to create original and engaging content, ensure all materials are relevant, and distribute updates company-wide on a weekly basis.
- Contribute to the development, planning and execution of local and global internal communications events (diversity and inclusion, wellness, recognition, etc.) to enhance employee engagement.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a communications role, preferably within a global organization.
- Post-secondary degree or college diploma in communications, journalism or public relations, or relevant experience.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail and a proven ability to adapt voice and tone according to the intended audience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Superior time management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders, including interacting with executives.
- A creative sensibility and passion for employee culture and community-building.
- Keen desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Demonstrated good judgment, tact and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

**Nice-to-haves**
- Skills in graphic design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) and video editing programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) are an asset.
- Experience using website content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint) is an asset.
