The Content & Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in creating and managing content and communication strategies to promote the organization’s brand, products, and services. This position involves collaborating with various departments to develop compelling content and ensuring consistent messaging across different channels. The Content & Communications Coordinator is responsible for maintaining brand guidelines, managing content calendars, executing marketing campaigns, and monitoring and analyzing performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Development: Create engaging and relevant content for various channels, including websites, social media platforms, newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the organization’s key messages, products, and services.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engaging with the audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, product, and sales, to gather information and create compelling content.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and organic reach.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze content and communication performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Industry Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content and communication strategies.
- Other duties as required.

**And a bit about yourself**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or communications role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of brand management and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research.
- Basic knowledge of analytics platforms to track content performance.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and communication strategies.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
