Front Line Reception and Customer Service

Our team is looking for a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to help perform a variety of tasks within our insurance offices.
**Compensation**:
- **Salary plus** **Bonus'**:
- **35,000** - **40,000 Base ( depending on experience) plus Bonus**:
- Monthly and or quarterly team and Personal Production promotions and bonus
- 3 weeks vacation after 1 year
- Health Benefits Available
- RRSP match program available
- Employer will support General License (OTL )within 3 months
**Responsibilities**
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and verbal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Active and responsible team member.
- Ability to take direction.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Performs administrative / clerical activities
- Performs various administrative and clerical tasks
- Willingness to obtain Insurance Licenses in the future( favorable Score is required for Desjardins License Sponsorship)
- Upon receiving a call, assists the client in order to ensure the client's complete satisfaction and retention. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma.
- 2 years of experience doing office work.
- Knowledge of financial documents.
- Ability to use computer software and ease with communication technology.
- Experience with operations/ customer service.
- Continuous desire to improve.
- Comfortable with office administrative tasks
- Favorable credit score for Desjardins Sponsorship
