The Furniture Guys is a mid-sized manufacturer of high-quality office furniture, Kitchens, closets systems, and other custom furniture products. We have provided creative and customized solutions to our valued clients for over 15 years and have built a reputation for superb craftsmanship and customer service.
We are currently looking for a full time Admin/marketing Assistant to support our fast-paced office environment in North York, Ontario.
**Responsibilities**
**Office Admin**
- Enter bills into Quick Books Online
- Accounts payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Process Payroll
- Organize digital files
**Marketing**
- Website management: minor updates to our WordPress website
- Social Media: design 3-4 weekly posts or videos (Canva templates), draft or repurpose copy captions and schedule for posting
- Research
- Marketing Automation
- Review marketing metrics to assess results (social media, google analytics)
- Customer Service
**Requirements**:
- Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, timely follow ups and exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, a team player with solid people skills
- Ability to work independently, yet able to ask for support as needed
- Adaptable to new or unexpected situations and can identify possible solutions
- Excellent knowledge of computer software, tech tools and apps (Google Docs, gmail for business, Slack, Asana, Google Business, etc)
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles and project management
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
