We are currently looking for an **Accounting & Admin Assistant** to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. Your positive attitude, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills will be essential to your success in this position.

**What you will be working on**:

- General reception: greeting customers, vendors and employees visiting the office
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries
- Preparing monitoring agreements and communicating with customers to ensure agreements are returned in a timely manner
- Reviewing, keeping track of CCDC contracts and following up with customers on the status
- Prepares and processes invoices related to service and monitoring
- Posting, reconciling and paying vendor bills
- Assisting the Finance Manager as needed with month-end, year-end activities
- Maintaining company files and databases
- Processing and directing mail and incoming/outgoing packages or deliveries
- Providing administrative support to all team members
- Scanning various documentation and other duties as assigned

**Who are we looking for?**

Essential Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of Accounting and Administrative experience
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be self-motivated with exceptional time management
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Strong computer skills, specifically Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment

Additional, 'nice to have' Qualifications:

- Experience in QuickBooks
- Experience with Payroll Processing
