**Administrative Assistant** - NOVALINK Marketing
NOVALINK Marketing is a leading sales and direct marketing company. We specialize in face-to-face customer acquisitions, leadership and coaching, with a major focus on cable and the telecom industry, representing some of Canada’s most well known telecom brands.

**Responsibilities**
- Publish job advertisements, filter through resumes & schedule interviews.
- Complete onboarding paperwork for employees.
- Order office supplies and keep track of inventory.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Other duties assigned as required.
**Qualifications**
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a cell phone
- Be eligible to work full-time in Canada.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate expectations and requirements to staff.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated sound work ethics.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Office location: 26 Lesmill Rd, North York, Ontario M3B 2T5
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
