The McEwan Events and Catering team seeks a full-time Catering Admin.

This exciting and great opportunity is at our Shops on Don Mills location in North York.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with catering chefs daily.
- Ensure that all details and pre-booking requirements are met.
- Cover the team across admin tasks on their days off when required.
- Daily track chef logged off-site hours worked.
- Provide chefs with a schedule of weekly off-site events on Tuesdays.
- Book serving staff for events.
- Process daily payments.
- Coordinate driver/van schedules to ensure all deliveries are on time.
- Track and record Food Truck Sales
- Send the events team tent cards, food templates, and station signs that need to be printed.
- Send monthly reports to AKM and El Mocambo.
- Input orders in the Marketman and assist Ann with quoting and ordering.
- Miscellaneous duties or any other responsibilities connected and ancillary to the job function as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledgeable of all catering products.
- Strong customer service
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer skills, especially in Ms. Word and Excel
- Experience in Caterease
