Our **Sales Assistants** are highly skilled at creating personalized, face-to-face interactions based on human connections. As a **Sales Assistant**, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward Your responsibilities will include expanding our customer base, improving brand recognition, and contributing to our overall sales and marketing strategy. With your dedication, creativity, and passion, you will help us achieve our vision of becoming the best in the industry
**Sales Assistant Responsibilities**:
- Tailor product and service packages to meet the unique needs of potential customers, introducing them to new offerings and closing sales deals
- Utilize Salesforce to process sales orders accurately and efficiently, exceeding sales targets
- Take an active role in the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to acquiring new customers
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to both new and returning customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes, resolving any issues that arise quickly and effectively
- Assist the Manager with various sales team activities, including lead assignment, scheduling, and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
**Sales Assistant Requirements**:
- The job requires full-time availability of 40 hours per week
- A personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are necessary
- Having a diploma or degree in Business, Advertising, or Communications is beneficial
- The work environment is fast-paced and individual actions have a significant impact on company growth and success
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial
- Sales experience of 1-3 years is preferable

**Salary**: $34,424.00-$53,144.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
