Our role is to develop every employee, manager, and leader, while also looking after the learning technology and the talent agenda for the company.

We are looking for an Adaptive Learning Design Lead to join our Operations and Technology Solutions team. Reporting to the Enterprise Learning Technology Solutions Lead, this role is responsible for driving the design and development of adaptive learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and personalized learning experiences that leverage adaptive technologies. Your primary focus will be designing and developing adaptive learning solutions that optimize learner outcomes and promote continuous improvement.

**Typical Accountabilities**:
**Strategy and planning**

Develop and implement a strategic vision for adaptive learning technology integration within our global learning technology ecosystem. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize target areas for adaptive technology implementation. Conduct needs assessments and analyze user requirements to determine the optimal use of adaptive learning technology.

**Design and develop adaptive learning experiences**

**Utilize data-driven insights**

Leverage learning analytics and data to inform the design process and make informed decisions on content sequencing, adaptive pathways, and personalized interventions to enhance learner engagement and performance.

**Content curation and creation**

Identify, curate, and create content assets such as videos, interactive modules,
assessments, etc. that align with the adaptive learning framework and support the learning objectives.

**Develop adaptive learning algorithms**

Work with Realizeit developers to define and implement adaptive
algorithms that dynamically adjust content presentation, difficulty levels, and learning pathways based on individual performance and preferences.

**Test and evaluate effectiveness**

Conduct formative and summative evaluations to assess the effectiveness of
the adaptive learning solutions, collect learner feedback and continuously iterate on the design to optimize learning outcomes.

**Stay updated with emerging trends**

Keep abreast of the latest advancements in adaptive learning technologies, pedagogical strategies, and educational research into the design and implementation of adaptive learning experiences

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Business, HR, or Technology-related degree
- Previous implementation and optimization of learning technologies required
- Minimum 8-10 years of prior work experience in a similar organization or as a key customer of learning solutions in a multi-national organization
- Proven experience in designing and developing adaptive learning solutions, preferably in a business context
- Proficiency in using adaptive learning platforms, learning management systems, content authoring tools
- Excellent ability to manage change and drive ongoing adoption of key learning technologies
- Strong written and oral communication including strong technical documentation skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Success record of managing technology integrations across multiple systems
- Customer satisfaction focus with success measured by how well your team is delivering against requirements
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in business language for partner relationship management

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with deployment and administration of an LMS/LXP preferred
- Confident leading a platform on best practices in technology or key architectural concepts
- Saba Cloud and/or Degreed experience desired
