Corporate Learning Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Learning Designer to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning experiences that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
As a key member of our learning team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in instructional design and delivery will enable you to create engaging and effective training programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop comprehensive learning strategies that address specific business objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and develop content
- Develop interactive learning modules, including e-learning courses, videos, and simulations
- Create engaging visual designs for learning materials, including graphics, images, and multimedia elements
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and development
- Proven track record of creating engaging and effective learning experiences
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
