The Assistant Front Office Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our hotel’s office and front desk. This individual will assist with administration, manage supplies, and ensure smooth communication between departments.

What You Will Do:

Provide administrative support to the Front Office Manager and other hotel departments, as neededAssist in managing and organizing office operations and proceduresCoordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and eventsMaintain and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stockedHandle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and efficiencyPrepare and manage correspondence and documentsAssist in onboarding and training new staff membersMonitor and manage office equipment and ensure proper maintenanceSupport the implementation of hotel policies and proceduresAddress and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely manner, reporting them to the Manager, if necessaryCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has at least 2 years of experience in a front desk role in the hospitality industry (previous experience in an administrative or office management role preferred)Has strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailHas excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesIs proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceHas the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityHas strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasksHas the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
