Position Overview
The Events & Experiences team within Autodesk’s Brand & Creative organization delivers world-class experiences that strengthen engagement and relationships with Autodesk. That includes events that are live, digital, and hybrid, from customer briefings and Autodesk brand activations to our flagship conferences.
We’re looking for an intern to join our data operations team. You’ll be reporting to the Senior Manager of Department & Technology Operations and working closely with our Senior Data Operations manager to research and analyze data and demonstrate the impact of our events.
The Data Operations team is responsible for data strategy implementation in the event technology stack, surfacing required tracking metrics on a programmatic level, as well as combining qualitative and quantitative data to measure and assess overall operational and program success.
**Responsibilities**:
Data Management: Support the collection, cleaning, storage, and management of event-related data, always ensuring its integrity and accuracy.
Analytics and Reporting: Maintains and expands dashboards and reports that provide key insights into event performance, attendee engagement, and impact. Create and maintain automated data pipelines.
Collaboration: Collaborates with Senior Data Operations manager to support event planners, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Compliance: Ensures that all data management practices comply with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Minimum Qualifications- Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing or Business Analytics-
- Experience with: Python or similar, SQL, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Snowflake Airflow, and Power BI, Adobe Analytics About the Canada Intern Program
The 2025 Canada program runs for 16 weeks (Jan 6th to April 25th for Winter Term and May 5th to August 22nd for Summer Term). As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. Our Internships align with Autodesk’s Flexible Workplace approach, which is designed to meet the needs of our business while providing flexibility in support of office, remote and hybrid work preferences.

L'équipe Data Operations est responsable de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de données dans la pile technologique de l'événement, de la mise en évidence des mesures de suivi nécessaires au niveau programmatique, ainsi que de la combinaison de données qualitatives et quantitatives pour mesurer et évaluer le succès opérationnel global et le succès du programme.
Responsabilités
Gestion des données : Soutenir la collecte, le nettoyage, le stockage et la gestion des données relatives aux événements, en veillant toujours à leur intégrité et à leur précision.
Analyses et rapports : Maintenir et développer des tableaux de bord et des rapports qui fournissent des informations clés sur les performances des événements, l'engagement des participants et l'impact. Créer et maintenir des pipelines de données automatisés.
Collaboration : Collaborer avec le gestionnaire principal des opérations de données pour aider les planificateurs d'événements, les équipes de marketing et d'autres parties prenantes à comprendre leurs besoins en matière de données et à fournir des informations exploitables.
Conformité : Veiller à ce que toutes les pratiques de gestion des données soient conformes aux réglementations en matière de confidentialité des données et aux politiques de l'entreprise.
Qualifications Minimales
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en analyse de données, statistiques, informatique, marketing ou analyse commerciale.
- Expérience avec : Python ou similaire, SQL, Excel avancé, PowerPoint, Snowflake Airflow et Power BI, Adobe Analytics.
