**ADMIN ASSISTANT POSITION AVAILABLE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service and handle administrative duties
- Follow procedures and policies when completing tasks
- Receive, sorts and distribute mail.
- Prepare and send courier
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Provide accurate data entry
- Handle cash, cheques, credit and debit card transactions
- Customer service, answering phones and general reception duties
- Other duties as required and assigned by Manager

**Details**:

- Fulltime, Monday to Friday Position, standard office hours (No evenings or weekends)

**Experience**:

- One year experience in an admin/office position preferred
- Secondary School Diploma
- Beginner level in the use of computers/software
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Works well with others in a team environment

Pay: $3,500.00-$3,750.00 per month
