**Job Summary**
- answer phones, collect client and job details, organize. relay to technicians, create job files
- regularly clean and organize office and shop
- pick up and deliver materials to job sites as needed
- be a quick learner, self motivated, and excited to learn all aspects of our company and the water well industry

**Skills and Abilities**
- punctual, quick learner, well organized, personable, consistent attendance
- excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and time management skills
- valid driver's license required
- experience in office 365 (outlook, excel, word, access, etc.) required
- experience in sage accounting preferred
- experience in social media and website building preferred

**Benefits**

**Compensation**
- starting wage range $20.00-$22.00/hr
- **to be negotiated based on experience, efficiency, and skill level**

**Typical Schedule**
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
- 30-40 hours/week
- Location: in person

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
