**Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound phone calls and transfer appropriately
- Open and close the office as needed
- Maintain updated records of incoming and outgoing calls
- Update daily activity logs
- Perform general office support tasks, such as filing, answering phones, faxing, etc.
- Provide basic customer service to visitors, clients
- Maintain client files according to client agreements and company policy
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management

**Skills & Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred but not required
- Previous administative secretary experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
