主要职责：

领导销售团队：管理和激励高绩效的销售团队，提供指导和支持，以实现个人和集体目标

维护客户关系：制定和实施客户服务策略，以提高客户满意度、忠诚度和回头率。

设定销售目标：制定具有挑战性但可实现的销售目标，推动团队实现并超越销售目标。

规划战略：与其他部门团队合作，制定和实施与公司目标一致的有效销售策略。

任职资格：

经验要求：在酒店宴会部门或餐饮宴会服务行业拥有至少2-5年的本地销售经验。了解当地市场，熟知不同社区/社群的独特需求

语言能力：流利的英语、普通话、粤语

有过往成功的销售管理的成就与案例。

良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力。

具有强大的组织和战略规划能力。

**Salary**: $16.75-$30.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
