We are searching for a dynamic and motivated catering and events

coordinator to join our sales team. You will work closely with clients to

plan their catering and event needs, from corporate lunches and

cocktail parties to weddings, graduations, and galas.

Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Establishing strong client relationships by paying close attention

to detail, following up with a personalized touch, empathizing with

customer perceptions and needs, and responding promptly.

2. Ensuring that the requirements and requests of each catering

event are effectively communicated and executed.

3. Preparing invoices, processing billing and payments.

4. Ensuring that each catering function is well-planned and

prepared, executed successfully, and financially sound.

5. Maintaining relationships with existing and lost business

accounts, exceeding revenue goals, and expanding the

company's client base.

6. Identifying business trends that could enhance the company's

performance.

7. Developing the business by building relationships with venues

and clients.

Qualifications:
1. Experience in catering sales, banquet, or food and beverage in a

hospitality organization of comparable size, with a proven track

record of achieving sales goals.

3. "Serve It Right" Certification is required, or the ability to obtain

one before the start date.

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as

interpersonal skills.
