**Title**: Administrative Assistant, Executive Offices
**Salary**: $50,090 - $59,482 - $69,974 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: Standard hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver Area - Park Royal (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after October 2024.

**About the role**
As Administrative Assistant, Executive Offices, you will - Ensure high-level of customer service, and provides operational administrative assistance to the team and office of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and reports to the Executive Director within the Office of the CMO. Supports general office functions and activities with possible work assignments through the full range of administrative, communication, financial and program support and services. Works independently as part of a team for the CMO by carrying out processes, procedures, and special assignments with mínimal supervision, including possible indirect reporting to other FNHA managers.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Recent and relevant experience in office work/administration
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- You may have experience in;- Knowledge of the First Nations Health Authority structure, departments and offices
- Knowledge of administrative services, processes and procedures
- Knowledge of general principles and practices regarding document and file management, including tracking approaches and systems, confidentiality and security
- Ability to interact with the staff and public, on the phone or face to face, with a positive and customer focused approach
- Ability to pay attention to detail with a commitment to high quality work
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels
- Ability to manage and prioritize one’s own work in a proactive manner and to meet deadlines

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
