Appointment Coordinator/booking Agent

Job description
We are looking for a phone representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams.
If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.
Leads and call lists will be provided to you.
Availability needed:
Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Sundays - 4:00 - 9:00 pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Quality leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to new potential clients
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients
- Report to the Business Manager for (weekly/monthly/quarterly) call results.
Requirements and skills
- Fluent English and clear voice
- Able to articulate well
- Ability to deliver engaging conversations, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven work experience as a office administrative assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Markham, ON L3R 9R7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- fluent English (required)
