Job description

We are looking for a phone representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting leads and converting into appointments for our sales team.

Leads and call lists will be provided to you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quality leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to new potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Business Manager for (weekly/monthly/quarterly) call results.

Requirements and skills
- Fluent English and clear voice
- Able to articulate well
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 9R7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (required)
