Living Realty Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Book Keeper / Accounts Payable Clerk** to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and motivated individual to be an integral part of our accounting department. If you have a passion for accuracy and a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, we’d love to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts Payable Management**: Prepare and process payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments with proper authorization.
- **Data Entry**: Use Lonewolf Real Estate Management software to enter and verify accounts payable data.
- **Vendor Relations**: Resolve discrepancies, follow up on account statements, and communicate effectively with vendors and departments.
- **Reporting & Reconciliation**: Assist with weekly sales reports, agent expense postings, and quarterly reconciliation of agent expense reports.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform periodic bank account reconciliations and other related accounting tasks.
- **General Accounting Support**: Assist the Controller with miscellaneous job-related duties and maintain organized filing systems.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma (college-level courses or a diploma preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of recent experience in real estate deals administration or accounts payable.
- **Skills**:
- Experience in accounts payable administrative work preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
