What You Will Do:

- Using technical knowledge of products and services, sells company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.
- Develops schematics and high-level plans implementing company products and services to address customer needs; provides technical information and explanations of products and services to customers and prospects to support the selling process.
- Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sales activities in the assigned sales territory or account.
- Develops strong customer relationships.
- Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines.
- Identifies, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products.
- Knows and enforces compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
- Provides leadership and mentoring to less experienced sales representatives.
- Effectively uses sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process.
- Coordinates and conducts the Failure Analysis Process.
- Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
- Other duties as required.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Associate or technical degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent education and/or experience would be considered an asset
- Four or more years of relevant experience
- Experience in the oil and gas industry required
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to use a customer relationship management system
- Valid drivers license required with a satisfactory driving history
- Must be available for travel to client sites/locations

Preferred Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of Artificial Lift systems preferred

Pre-employment Requirements:

- Drug and alcohol test
- Criminal background check
