ComForCare Home Care provides compassionate care for our clients wherever they are. We offer specialized Dementia and Alzheimer's care in addition to respite, companionship, and personal care services. Operations Coordinators are a crucial part of our team, ensuring quality service and support is provided to our clients and also our caregivers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Create and manage schedules for home care staff, ensuring proper coverage for all clients.
- Coordinate and communicate with caregivers, clients, and their families to address scheduling changes and ensure client needs are met.
- **Client and Caregiver Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with our caregivers, and clients and their families.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client & caregiver satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- **Workflow Optimization**:

- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement streamlined solutions.
- Work closely with the management team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing home care services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client care, employee records, and other operational components.

- On-call schedule participation
- Additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in operations or customer service, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed
- Must be detail oriented and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Decision-making ability and confidentiality
- Familiarity with G-suite products (Gmail, Google Docs, etc) is required
- Current G license, own vehicle, and auto-insurance is preferred
