MUNDAIR CONSULTING LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week, with a salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as establishing and implementing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating meetings, seminars, and conferences, including arranging logistics and preparing materials
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with project management and coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
