**Full job description**

We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Associate & Account Manager to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in expanding our clientale base, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. If you have a passion for sales, or have experience in construction / building materials, and the ability to build lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the building material market.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective relationship-building and customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales & business development
- Experience or knowledge in the construction industry / building material preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Flunency in English a must
