Client Care Coordinator

**We are seeking two part-time IN-PERSON Client Care Coordinators to join our Vancouver team **The Client Care Coordinators serve as the initial point of contact to inquiring clients reaching out to our practice, supporting existing clients in their booking and billing needs, and supports the clinical team to provide high quality and compassionate care to clients. This position requires empathic and kind communication skills, a strong understanding of mental health and sexuality, and the ability to effectively manage administrative tasks in a high paced clinic while remaining steady and curious in your interactions with different folks.

**OKAY, the nitty gritty Here’s what the duties and responsibilities include**:
- **Client Engagement**:
- Schedules new clients and ensures they feel comfortable and prepared for their first sessions
- Matches and connects inquiring clients with services at Allura and externally, including managing waitlists
- Welcome new clients for their first sessions when arriving to the office
- **Appointment, Billing, & Administrative Support**:
- Coordinate and schedule initial sessions and consultations for first sessions between clients and counsellors
- Schedule and reschedule client sessions as needed, including when clinicians call in sick or are unable to attend sessions
- Process payments for client sessions
- **Office Management**:
- Interact and handle vendors (i.e., water, phone, etc.)
- Open and close the office on in-office days, ensure office is clean and stocked, and office organization
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work alongside the Client Care Team, including the Practice Manager and other Client Care Coordinators, to provide a high-touch positive client experience
- Attend weekly admin meeting with Client Care Team & biweekly All Team Meeting
- Other duties as assigned by owner as relevant to client and team care_
**Hours**:12** paid hours per week
We are hiring for two positions, and have 2 schedules available:
**Option 1**: Tuesdays 9am-1pm, Wednesdays 2:30pm-6:30pm, & Friday 9am-1pm
**Option 2**: Monday 9am-1pm, Tuesdays 10:30am-2:30pm, & Thursdays 2:30pm-6:30pm
**Pay**:22$ per hour
