Segue Systems Edmonton is looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Edmonton, AB, CAN. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Provide customer service and support
Ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and resolve customer issues
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare reports and presentations for clients
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in customer service or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
