Temporary Bridal Consultant and Support Team Member

General Info:
Every few months we host a store-wide sample sale, where we flip our store and mark down everything. We expect it to be busy and are hoping to get extra help during the event for set up, event days and tear down.

Outline of Duties:

- *Helping brides in and out of gowns
- *Selling wedding gowns
- Bagging and untagging gowns
- Carrying gowns up and down stairs
- Organizing shop and maintaining appearance
- putting wedding gowns back on the racks
- straightening gowns
- run errands (usually within walking distance, if we run out of supplies)
- helping brides in and out of dresses
- greeting customers using our script and getting them excited for their appointment

- You are fit and can carry heavy things over your head while going up and down stairs

What is the pay?

$18/hour + bonus of $5 or 10/gown sold (you could be taking up to 10 brides per day, and average stylist sells 3-5 gowns per day, if we hit target as a shop the bonus is $10/gown otherwise it is $5/gown.... we have always hit target every event so far :))
