Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all clients with authentic enthusiasm through various communication channels, including phone, virtual chats, and face-to-face interactions, while effectively resolving any issues.
  • Utilize all available systems to manage customer interactions and ensure a premium experience.
  • Maintain high service standards by being prepared, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of all clients.
  • Deliver exceptional service to multiple clients, contributing to our goal of achieving Five-Star Customer Service.
  • Proactively address client concerns and collaborate with the leadership team when necessary.
  • Promote alteration services and assist stylists in finalizing sales.
  • Uphold store standards by greeting clients and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Guide alteration clients, assess garments, and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Foster relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure all alterations adhere to company standards.
  • Effectively resolve customer service challenges and support cash wrap operations.
  • Maintain the alterations area and perform tasks as directed by management.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, kneel, and navigate throughout the store.
  • Manual dexterity for operating POS systems, garment care, and fittings.
  • Capability to lift up to 10 pounds and utilize peripheral vision for computer tasks.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in an apparel setting.
  • Prior sewing experience is essential, ideally in a bridal context.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
