We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Alterations Specialist to join our team at David's Bridal. As a key member of our bridal salon, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every bride feels like a princess on her special day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to all clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Alterations: Perform alterations, fittings, and sewing to ensure that every gown is perfect for the bride.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, process special orders, and maintain high-quality standards for all merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with stylists and other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized alterations room, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment, with prior sewing experience required.
