Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to all clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Alterations: Perform alterations, fittings, and sewing to ensure that every gown is perfect for the bride.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, process special orders, and maintain high-quality standards for all merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with stylists and other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized alterations room, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree.
