- This is a 6-month contract opportunity until April 2025.- You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.- Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Provide a variety of coordination and administrative services through the full cycle recruitment processes including postings, offer letter generation, compensation reporting, interview scheduling and onboarding phases of the talent acquisition life cycle- Support Talent Acquisition Partners in their full cycle recruitment activities-
- Act as first point of contact for external vendors who provide services to talent acquisition team-
- Review talent acquisition processes and recommend continuous improvement ideas to increase the function’s efficiency and effectiveness.- Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and projects

What We Are Looking For:
- College Diploma or University degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience- 2 or more years of experience in a coordinator or administrator role within HR or talent acquisition function.

The Expertise You Bring:
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to a fast-paced environment with constantly changing demands- Ability to balance and prioritize tasks while maintaining the appropriate attention to detail and accuracy- Excels in organizing and time management skills- Adept at new technologies- Strong skills in Work/Excel- Experience in Workday
