We’re hiring a growing **HR (People & Culture)** **Coordinator** with an excellent ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and sensitively. You take initiative and know how to problem solve. **What You’ll be Doing**:
As our HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting employees during their career journey, serving as their primary contact and delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR support. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming requests, and processing various operational tasks, from creating employment contracts to generating reports.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and respond to all standard queries related to leave, pay, benefits and HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Manager, People & Culture to coordinate recruitment processes, including ATS management, posting roles, scheduling interviews etc.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new hires ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS system with detail and accuracy
- Assist with the Performance Management program
- Generate standardized workforce reports and analytics to provide insights into metrics, such as headcount, joiners, movers leavers, employee demographics, etc.
- Support the Manager, People & Culture with ongoing HR projects as assigned
- Provide general HR administrative and coordination support as required
- Additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in Business, Organizational Development, or Human Resources is required.
- CHRP or CHRL an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar HR role
- Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
