Administrative Assistant position available at Oppi Solutions. We're looking for someone driven, motivated about a dynamic career environment.

**Salary Range**: Annual $37,440 - 52,000 + Commission + Bonus

2 months probation

**Responsibilities**:

- In-coming and out-going E-mail communications
- Assisting agents on sales-related tasks
- Coordinating with management and sales team on support-related tasks
- Providing customer support by phone, E-mail, and on social media apps
- On-site support for customers
- Assisting management with office operation
- Research & arrange company events

**Qualifications**:

- University degree
- Valid driver’s license and car
- Proficient on Microsoft Office & Teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge and experience on Salesforce, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro a bonus
- Mandarin language a bonus
- Basic web and IT knowledge

Pay: $37,440.00-$52,000.00 per year
