Human Resources Coordinator

We are a diverse group of companies comprised of three retail building supply locations which are vertically supported by six manufacturing divisions and a corporate office.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years experience with people management
- Ability to work with all levels of employees to maintain positive, honest work environment.
- Ability to liaise with both employee body and management to ensure company policies, procedures and expectations are being met.
- Ability to work with Company Management to develop and enforce Company culture and core values.
**Major Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Advertisement for upcoming job vacancies
- Request and schedule training and or additional screening.
- Schedule orientation(s)
- Employee follow up during employment: schedule assessments, update files, maintain history.
- Positive reinforcements/Disciplinary Actions
- Layoffs, quits and end of employment exit interviews.
- Develop and enhance an evaluation system to ensure the fair and valued treatment of all employees.
- Work with employees and safety team to provide guidance of WCB and help manage claims
- Maintain all employee manuals
- Reviews
- Creation of documents for all levels of Company
